Mario Demelas

Mario Demelas, 90, of the Plaines, Ohio and formerly of Gallipolis went home to be with the Lord, passing peacefully in his sleep on February 20, 2019 at Doctor's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio, where he remained after having a heart attack on Valentine's Day evening.
He was born on December 1, 1928 in Akron, Ohio. 
He is survived by sisters, Frances (Anthony) Testa of Canal Fulton, Ohio and Mary Hall of Akron, Ohio, 4 nephews, 5 nieces, many great nieces and nephews and even many great, great nieces and nephews.
Cremation has already taken place, and there are no burial arrangements at this time. To everyone that cared for and visited Mario over the years the family appreciates and thanks you so very much. The family would also like to thank Cremeens King Funeral Home.
