Scott Thomas Mitch

Scott T. Mitch, 39, of Crown City, and formerly of Meigs County, passed away unexpectedly on July 1, 2017.  Born December 27, 1977 in Gallipolis he was the son of the late Gary Mitch and Sandra Wolfe Mitch, whom survives in Syracuse. He was a laborer.

In addition to his mother Scott is survived by his wife, Lola Baer Mitch, whom he married on September 7, 2001 in Bidwell, Ohio, his daughters, Christi Cremeans, of Patriot, Ashley (Jeremy) Halfhill, of Bidwell, and Jessica (Jarrod) Halfhill, of Crown City, six grandchildren, Kaiden Cremeans, Izabella Holland, Jaxon Cremeans, Parker Halfhill, Lakynn Halfhill, and Carter Cremeans, a step-granddaughter, Arabella Halfhill. His maternal grandmother, Dorothy McGraw, of Syracuse, a sister, Amy (David) Cox, of Ashland, KY., brothers, Todd (Tiffany) Mitch, of Hillard, Ohio, and Shawn Mitch, of Pomeroy, nieces, Joleana Cox, and Kennedy Mitch, and a nephew, Carson Mitch also survive.
