Mary Ann Kinser, 79, of Thurman, passed away at 5:00 a.m. on September 18, 2016 at her residence. Born November 21, 1936, in Dayton, Ohio she was the daughter of the late Gilbert and Velma Owens. Memorial services will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, September 23, 2016  in the Cremeens Funeral Home, Gallipolis.
