Charlotte A. Ferrell, 45, of Gallipolis, passed away, at 3:05 am on Thursday, May 4, 2017 in the Holzer Medical Center. Born May 7, 1971 she was the daughter of the late Corrine Churchwell and Charles “Chuck” Ferrell, Sr. whom survives in Gallipolis. She was a homemaker and attended Kyger Creek High School.
In addition to her father, she is survived by her brother, Chuck (Stacie) Ferrell, Jr., nephews, Caleb and Connor Ferrell, all of Point Pleasant, West Virginia. Several aunts and uncles also survive.
In addition to her mother, she is preceded in death by her grandparents, Charles and Lorraine Churchwell, and Emmett Ray and Hazel Canterbury Ferrell.
