Charles A. Pack, 94, Ashland, Kentucky and formerly of the Yellow Creek Road community of Louisa, Kentucky, passed away at 1:50 P.M. Thursday, August 31, 2017 in the Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland. Born May 4, 1923 in Mingo County, West Virginia he was the son of the late Sherman and Matilda Slater Pack. He was a retired over-the-road truck driver. He is survived by his daughter, Sharon Pack, Ashland, Kentucky and son, Jeffrey Brent Pack, Louisa, Kentucky, Charles Pack, Ashland, Kentucky and Bryan Pack, Gallipolis. Also surivving are six grandchildren and several great grandchildren. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Charlene Pack, on August 9, 2009 and several brothers and sisters. Graveside services will be at 2:00 P.M. Sunday, September 3, 2017, in the Greenlawn Cemetery, Town Hill Road, Louisa, Kentucky. Visitation for family and friends will be from 11 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. Sunday at the Miller Funeral Home, 1941 Carter Avenue, Ashland, Kentucky. Charles' funeral services are entrusted to the Cremeens-King Funeral Home, Gallipolis, Ohio.
